Dehydrated Red Lentils (Masur)

Dehydrated masur dal is produced from premium red lentils, processed under hygienic conditions to maintain colour, flavour and nutrition. It is an excellent source of iron, protein and essential amino acids, ideal for soups, meal kits and health mixes. The drying process reduces moisture and extends shelf life while retaining high digestibility and protein value. Masur powder is also used in nutraceutical and plant-based food formulations for export markets emphasizing natural protein sources.
