Indian bay leaves (Tej Patta) are aromatic dried leaves with a mild, earthy flavour and subtle fragrance. Used in soups, sauces, biryanis and spice mixes, they provide depth and aroma to culinary dishes. Our bay leaves are naturally sun-dried, sorted and packed to preserve their colour and essential oil content. Exported globally for culinary and medicinal uses.
